What Finneus is

Finneus (Bloq Group Limited) is a business finance company for UK limited companies and LLPs. We arrange finance through a panel of lenders. We are not a lender and do not provide credit ourselves. Business lending to limited companies is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority; our service is provided under contract law and these terms.

Our service, plainly

• Checking eligibility is free and uses a soft search only - it never marks your credit file. A lender will run a full check only if you choose to proceed with them.
• Figures shown before quotes are indicative, based on representative panel rates - not offers or credit decisions. Only a lender's written offer is an offer.
• We may receive commission from the lender if your loan completes. The amount and model are disclosed to you in writing before you sign. You pay Finneus nothing.
• We aim to present more than one offer and will always flag the cheapest total cost, even where it pays us less. Where only one lender quotes, we say so.
• A decline comes with reasons wherever the lender provides them.

Your responsibilities

Information you give us must be accurate and you must be authorised to act for the company. Credit decisions belong to lenders; entering finance is your company's decision, and independent advice is sensible for significant commitments.

Liability

We are not liable for lenders' decisions, their products, or losses from inaccurate information supplied to us. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
